TIPS

PUNCTUALITY

We request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  We do our best to stay on time, but we understand snafus happen. When booking services at Fresh Faces Rx, your appointment is scheduled with a provider whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options: 1. You may opt to shorten your treatment 2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, depending on the circumstances, a cancellation charge will be incurred.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.  It's simple: our online scheduling system allows you to cancel up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. You can also call 503-880-5755.
